So so grateful I found Lu & Adi’s. After a bad hail storm in Austin at the end of September, I couldn’t find any body shops in Austin or the surrounding area that could get me in until the end of November or beginning of January. After the freak Hailstorm that hit Brushy Creek, both of my cars had a lot of damage. I called all around Austin and Round Rock with no luck for an appointment. My insurance adjuster recommended that I look out where she lives in Jarrell. So I googled searched places and this establishment came up. They had 4.9 stars so I decided to give them a call. Addison answered, and after asking and expecting nothing good, to my shock, he said bring my car over, and they would get started on it. I then asked if he would take my insurance and to my surprise he said they love working with Mercury Ins. So I dropped my car off that day and as soon as I get it back, my truck is next! I'll update this review as soon as I get my car back.
I would definitely recommend Lu And Adi auto body shop. I tore my front bumper off and also damaged the front two rims and tires. The body shop was able to make all the repairs needed and my car looks fantastic! I really appreciated the time Addison took to call and let me know about the progress of the repair. When I picked up the vehicle they had vacuumed the inside for me which I thought was a nice touch.
