Customers' feedback
Have called a few times, never answer, left message a week ago, no return call. Called 1 final time today, no answer again. Part of running a biz is ANSWERING YOUR PHONE or at least returning messages when ppl leave them! Would not use due to lack of comm. I could only imagine what a headache it would be if they had my car!
I took my vehicle to this shop for an estimate, I asked if I could leave my car here since my insurance company approved me to take it to a shop. They sent photos and the estimate to me and my insurance. My insurance sent their estimate as a total loss. I went to pick up my vehicle since i was not going to fight my insurance nor my state for this matter. the shop charged me $350 for admin, at no point did they tell me about the admin fee or any type of fee. to my understanding estimates were free. So for others, do not leave your car in this shop, just let them take photos of your vehicle and drive your vehicle home and wait for both estimates. I am not rating this shop for repairs and just rating them for customer service.
I’ve used these guys twice now and the service is outstanding. Friendly and professional. Below is a pic of a fiberglass hood I bought. These guys paint matched, installed hardware and cleaned her up. I’ve got a few other projects down the road and I’ll be back to see these guys
