I recently took my 2024 Yukon Denali to Lu & Adi’s Collision Center to have the grille bezel replaced with an aftermarket black one. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations. Despite the tight timeframe, they went above and beyond to complete the job on time without compromising quality. They kept me informed throughout the process, offering clear communication and transparency about both the timeline and cost, which was very reasonable. The care and attention to detail they provided truly felt like a white-glove experience—my vehicle came back in even better condition than when I dropped it off. My brand new vehicle was broken into, a window completely shattered and had some damage to the trim panel as well. This body shop has been great. They have wonderful customer service and accommodated us very well as we have little kids and instead of having us juggle them around from car to car, they came to us and delivered our vehicle back when finished. Daphnie especially went above and beyond when dealing with my HORRIBLE insurance company. She would respond to all of my questions and concerns within minutes and kept after my adjuster when he wasn’t doing his job in a timely manner.
