Insurance Collision Repair in Williamson County

You have the right to choose your shop. Your insurance company may “recommend” a chain or a shop on their direct-repair list. Under Texas law, that’s a suggestion, not a requirement — you can take your vehicle to any shop you trust, and the carrier still has to pay for a proper repair. How the claim works at Lu & Adi’s. 1. Estimate. Bring the car to Jarrell or text us photos; we write a free itemized estimate and send it to your carrier. 2. Approval. The adjuster reviews it, often from our photos. We handle every question. 3. Repair. Once approved, we order parts and start work. If we find hidden damage during teardown — very common — we write a supplement and negotiate it directly with the adjuster. You don’t chase anyone. 4. Rental. If your policy includes rental coverage, we coordinate it so you’re not without a car. 5. Pickup. We deliver the finished vehicle back to Georgetown, Sun City, Salado, Florence, or Jarrell, detailed.

What if the adjuster says something’s not covered? Bring us the estimate. We’ll tell you plainly what’s a fair call and what isn’t, and we’ll push back on the carrier when a repair is necessary for safety or to return the car to pre-accident condition. Cash-pay repairs. Not every repair should go through insurance. If the damage is close to your deductible, we’ll tell you — and give you a fair cash price instead.
