My brand new vehicle was broken into, a window completely shattered and had some damage to the trim panel as well. This body shop has been great. They have wonderful customer service and accommodated us very well as we have little kids and instead of having us juggle them around from car to car, they came to us and delivered our vehicle back when finished. Daphnie especially went above and beyond when dealing with my HORRIBLE insurance company. She would respond to all of my questions and concerns within minutes and kept after my adjuster when he wasn’t doing his job in a timely manner. This shop is the most personable one I’ve dealt with and I will be back if I ever need work done! Thank y’all so much for the great work and effort.
Let me start by saying if you want a Great, Local, not corporate and nice business who treats everyone as a person not just a number these are the guys. Adisson is one of the most sincere, kind hearted business owners I’ve seen in the auto industry or any industry and is a very genuine guy. He’s straight to the point and he’ll work to any solution that’s best for you and discuss whatever is better for your situation at the time. Recently the misses had a small accident and they got us in the same day. We were able to call and start a line of communication and explain what we wanted. They did everything from talking to the insurance companies, to sending them any documentation they need at anytime. They did an amazing job in a great time frame for us and always checked in with what’s going on and what still needed to be done and they even finished before the deadline that was given. The car came back brand new and rides amazingly. You could never tell the vehicle was in an accident. They made a bad situation, very easy and stress free which is a huge deal to me. They even fully detailed the vehicle and made that thing shine. To sum everything up if you’re in the jarrell area and want to be treated with respect and have your vehicle returned on time and in even better condition, these are the guys without a single doubt.
They also just finished my brakes today on my Kia Optima and without any appointment and me calling last min this morning was able to have it dropped off and all work completed before they closed, The same DAY! I’m someone that tends to have a huge amount on their day to day plate and these guys always make it easier for me.

Had a large board take out the front of my Hyundai Sonata and radiator on tx 35. Wrecker driver took me to Lu & Adi’s Body Shop where I got the best service ever
