What a great experience I had with this business. I went in for an estimate, they got back to me within an hour. They ordered the part, it was here the next day, they got me in the next day and was fixed with in an hour. The bracket holding the front side panel had broke. I started the process on Monday my car was fixed by Friday. That’s what I call service. The representative even brought my car back to my house so I wouldn’t have to walk. It was only about block but still. Outstanding customer service. I wish I could leave 100 stars.

After the freak Hailstorm that hit Brushy Creek, both of my cars had a lot of damage. I called all around Austin and Round Rock with no luck for an appointment. My insurance adjuster recommended that I look out where she lives in Jarrell. So I googled searched places and this establishment came up. They had 4.9 stars so I decided to give them a call. Addison answered, and after asking and expecting nothing good, to my shock, he said bring my car over, and they would get started on it. I then asked if he would take my insurance and to my surprise he said they love working with Mercury Ins. So I dropped my car off that day and as soon as I get it back, my truck is next! I'll update this review as soon as I get my car back.
