Paintless dent repair vs. conventional repair. PDR works on the majority of hail dents — the metal is massaged back into shape with specialized tools and lights, no filler, no repaint, no risk of mismatched color. It’s faster (most hail jobs are done in about a week) and usually costs your insurer no more than a conventional repair, which is why carriers prefer it. When a dent has cracked the paint or sits on a body line that can’t be accessed, we repair and refinish the panel conventionally with computerized color matching, backed by our lifetime warranty.
Hail is a comprehensive claim. Hail damage is covered under comprehensive, not collision, so it typically doesn’t affect your rate the way an at-fault accident can. You pay your comprehensive deductible and we bill the carrier for the rest. We work with State Farm, USAA, Geico, Progressive, Allstate, Farmers, and every other carrier, and we write the supplement if the adjuster’s count missed dents — they usually do.

We’ll do a dent count, give you a written estimate, and coordinate with your carrier. 4. We pick up in Georgetown or Sun City if you can’t get to Jarrell.
How long does hail repair take? Most PDR jobs are done within a week; heavy damage with panel replacement takes longer. Will PDR damage my paint? No — that’s the point. Factory paint stays intact.
